NeuroLinguistic Programming
Three main channels of communication are discussed: Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic, and their impact on all communication interactions, verbal and non-verbal. Skill enhancement exercises and NLP anchoring techniques are taught. These skills help with personal empowerment and help to enhance your relationships, personal and professional. Your enhanced communication skills and awareness help you to be a more effective massage therapist and bodyworker.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing treatment for tired, achy muscles. It calms the mind and brings the body into harmony. The ultimate goal is to release tension in the scalp, neck and shoulders, along with providing relaxation and rejuvenation while sitting in a chair. In this workshop, the therapist will have hands-on experience on the effects, benefits and advantages of this unique modality, Indian Head Massage. We will discuss and experience how we can release tension in the upper body where most of our tension is found.
